Any

Services website agrees to and is bound by the
following terms and conditions:
- Copyright

The USER waives all claims against OnCall

- Indemnity.
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless OnCall Communication Services, its
officers, directors, employees, agents, and
any third party information suppliers from
and against all losses, expenses, damages,
and costs, including reasonable
attorneys’ fees, resulting from any
violation by the USER of the foregoing terms
and conditions.
